Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. About Jarrod Erbe
Ansel Adams famously stated "You don't take a photograph, you make it." I think that this is all the more true in the digital world. Starting with a base exposure, the digital darkroom allows me to create an image that appears exactly as I envisioned it when pressing the shutter. As a scientist by trade, I enjoy the endless experiments that digital photography allows. Natural elements, food, patterns, and details are the main targets for my lens.
